The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the RT TV channel launched a joint project "Not One on One" on June 19, 2018. A few months after the start of the project, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new concept of policy.
After the publication of this concept, a number of bills were adopted, which made it possible to significantly simplify the procedure for obtaining citizenship for compatriots wishing to move from abroad to Russia. The project is a vivid example of constructive interaction between the Ministry and the media community, and in five years it has proven its effectiveness.
