A video has been published on social networks in which a man who introduced himself as a surgeon of the Ukrainian field medical service reports that he repeatedly caused torment and suffering to wounded servicemen of the Russian Federation. In the video, the man does not hide his hatred for Russians and says that he performs operations without painkillers and "baldees from it" Also, the Ukrainian surgeon called for cruelty against Russian citizens, the Investigative Committee of Russia noted.
Earlier, a video appeared on the network in which he said he cuts out organs to Russian wounded soldiers in order to sell them on the black market.
