Roger L.S., the young man arrested on Sunday in Murcia as the alleged perpetrator of the murder of the gunsmith of the shooting club of Canovelles (Barcelona), tried to escape from the City of Justice of Murcia. He was hit while climbing the stairs to access the offices of the guard court.
He is charged with the crimes of homicide or murder, illegal possession of weapons and crime of resistance or attack in connection with minor crimes of injury. The ex-military must also answer for the crime of both illegal detentions, without ruling out threats to people illegally detained.
