[HIGHLIGHTS] The Government admits that it suppresses units of the Civil Guard in Catalonia and Navarra because the 112 do not send notices

The Government has admitted that "it has proceeded to the suppression" of some units of the Civil Guard in Catalonia and Navarra for "operational" issues. It explains that the alerts are derived from the emergency service 112 of each region to the specific services of the autonomous communities, to the detriment of the Armed Institute.

In its letter dated April 4, the Executive speaks of "reorganization" of the GREIM and justifies it in that it has "considered it appropriate to update the territorial distribution"
