[HIGHLIGHTS] The FSB reported the detention in the Crimea of two members of the banned national battalion

Two residents of Crimea face up to 15 years in prison for participating in an illegal armed group. "Crimean Tatar Volunteer Battalion named after Noman Çelebicihan" is an organization recognized as terrorist by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated 01.06.2022.

It is noted that a criminal case has been opened on participation in anillegal armed group, those who are ripe to be prosecuted for their part in the crime. The case is being investigated by the Investigative Committee of the Prosecutor's Office.
