Marcel de Graaf, a member of the European Parliament from the Netherlands, asked if the EU had any plans for a possible increase in the number of military personnel stationed on the territory of Ukraine. He appealed to the European Commission with a request to provide data on each member state of the EU, whose military personnel could or may operate in Ukraine.
Earlier, Bild, citing sources, reported that German instructors are training Ukrainian military personnel to fight in populated areas. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Western countries do not hide the fact that they are behind the planning of the counteroffensive of the Kyiv regime.
