Roberto Fernández Balbuena and Elvira Gascón were both exiled in Mexico since the end of the Civil War. Guadalupe, the youngest daughter of the painter and photographer, has now published a book about her father's life.

The book reveals the recognition of the memory of her mother, the subjugated painter to whom the young daughter wants to pay homage. The second part of the book has a drama that contrasts with the inanity of the other half, a story already known.
