Despite confirming that a final agreement had been reached on Libya's presidential and parliamentary electoral laws, the "6+6" committee announced the postponement of the official signing of the agreement in Morocco. Head of the Libyan House of Representatives Committee, Jalal Al-Shuwaihidi, denied that the members of the committee were subjected to any external pressure.
A source from the Supreme Council of State told the island that the draft electoral laws agreed upon by the committee are final and not amendable.
