The residents and merchants of the Plaza España and the area of the Royal Palace denounce that they have been suffering the violence and fury of a neighbor. The 38-year-old also bulldozes cars, smashes containers, breaks glass and bathes in the fountains of the Sabatini Gardens.

The neighbors assure that they can not take it anymore and ask that this man be treated in a specialized center of his alleged mental problems, since they fear that any misfortune may occur.
