The Russian ambassador to London, Andrei Kelin, said the UK had handed over Storm Shadow cruise missiles to Ukraine to strike Russian cities. The Telegraph columnist Lewis Page said that during tests in 2003, such a rocket drilled concrete, but did not explode.
