Prices for international flights have increased by 33 percent compared to last year. Prices for travel by train, boat, charter and car rental were also the highest ever in April.

A high oil price, a weak krona and the fact that airlines are having difficulty recruiting staff are pushing up prices. The high demand for travel applies to all means of transport, both in and outside Sweden.
