Supreme Court denies leave to appeal for Robin Dahlén. Dahlén is one of the wrongly named brothers in the Kevin case.
He sued Arvika municipality for almost three million kronor in 2022. District court ordered municipality to pay damages because they did not respond to claim in time. However, the judgment was immediately withdrawn via a so-called recovery. The decision was then appealed to the Supreme Court, which on Friday announced its decision to deny leave to appealed. The original claim for damages can now be taken up by the district court again.
