Sensory room at special school in Nossebro, Essunga, costs SEK 40,000. The black room is decorated with materials and sensory objects that are supposed to awaken different senses.
The hope is that this room will contribute to development for the students. There are several different kinds of sensory spaces. In the future, we hope to acquire even more sensory spaces to stimulate more senses, says Emelie Wall, student assistant at the school. The room has cost just over SEK 30,000 to build.
