Finance Minister Anton Siluanov says a one-time business contribution to the budget can be paid in the amount of 5% in 2023 or 10% in 2024. The Russian Central Bank kept the key rate at 7.5% per annum on April 28.
Earlier it became known that the federal budget of Russia in January-March was executed with a deficit of 2.4 trillion rubles. At the same time, Russian presidential aide Maxim Oreshkin said that Russia's budget in2023 will be in surplus.
