On April 4, a lightning strike in Baili Village, Gyaka Township, Daocheng County, Kardze Prefecture, caused a forest fire. Sichuan and Kardze quickly launched an emergency response, mobilizing local and forest firefighting and other rescue forces to rush to the scene.
At present, the rescue force has erected 125 pumps, laid 630 pipe belts, erected 20 water bladders, pounced and cleaned 900 meters of fire lines, 121 smoke points, dried 40 logs at treatment stations.
