[HIGHLIGHTS] See the paddle trip between the ice floes on Lake Ott – "You have to know what you are doing"

The Ideström family from Vålådalen has embarked on an icebreaker trip with their kayaks. The canoeists wear wetsuits, which means that you can cope much better in the cold water if you fall in.

"You have to know what you're doing and never go out alone," says Torkel IdestRöm to SVT Jämtland. The family has been going on the trip for more than ten years. The trip ends on Saturday evening.
