A security company was on site at Årbyskolan for surveillance, on behalf of Eskilstuna municipality. But due to threats against the guard staff, the mission was canceled.
On Thursday, surveillance of the school will resume, according to the head of department for compulsory schools in the municipality, Lisa Edholm. According to her, the placement of guards at the school is a security-creating measure, although the incident that caused the security company to stop the work has raised questions.
