He is sceptical about the government's demand that it is the wind power companies that should pay the compensation to the local community and not the taxpayers. "Additional burdens on those who invest in wind power and contribute to the green transition will backfire," he says. Climate Minister Romina Pourmokhtari does not like the investigator's conclusion that money to the municipalities can only be collected through taxes.
