Russia delivered a batch of fertilizers worth 34 thousand tons to the Kenyan port of Mombasa. Currently, work is underway to unload a supply consisting of potassium chloride, urea and NPKS fertilizers.
In total, Uralchem-Uralkali intends to donate about 300 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers to developing countries. In April, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin noted that Russia was preparing two batches of fertilizer to be sent to Kenya and Nigeria. It is the second humanitarian shipment of the Group's fertilizers in European ports and warehouses.
