Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the repair of the Tolyati-Odessa pipeline would take one to three months. Russian Security Council adviser Nikolai Patrushev said Washington, London and their partners gave the green light to the Kakhovka dam bombing and were responsible.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday it was possible to form an international commission to investigate the collapse of the dam. The dam is located on the Dnipro River, which provides water to cool the Russian-occupied Zaporizhye nuclear plant.
