The Minister of Labour, Olivier Dussopt, has clarified the measure of 15 to 20 hours of activity for recipients of the RSA. These hours of compulsory integration activities per week for RSA beneficiaries will not be included in the bill reforming the device, but will be an objective "adapted" to each person.
The bill also reforms the system of sanctions for recipients who do not comply with their obligations. Out of 1.950 million beneficiaries of RSA, 350,000 have no follow-up either social or socio-professional.
