Report to present proposals for how the country's municipalities should be compensated for wind power establishments. Investigation was initiated on behalf of former Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson government a year ago.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson told SVT Nyheter that the municipalities should get'sensible incentives' for their wind power. In Finland, wind power collects the equivalent of just over SEK 4.5 million in property taxes to the municipality each year. The incentive issue is considered a priority for the possibility of continued expansion of wind power in Sweden.
