Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang attended a meeting of foreign ministers of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Goa, India. Qin Gang said that the world today is facing multiple crises and challenges, the resurgence of the Cold War, unilateral protectionism surging against the current, and hegemonism and power politics are on the rise.
The more chaotic and intertwined the international situation is, the more it is necessary to firmly carry forward the "Shanghai Spirit" and build a closer SCO community.
