[HIGHLIGHTS] Putin called for systematic and careful work on the integration of new regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin calls legal support for the full integration of four new regions one of the priority tasks. State Duma adopted federal laws on the integration of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into Russian legislation on February 14.

First meeting of the commission of the Council of Legislators on integration of new subjects into the legal system of Russia will be held on April 26. The meeting is planned to be attended by the heads of the legislative bodies of DPR and LPR.
