The first day of the trial against the man in his 30s is over. He is charged with, among other things, the fatal accident in Ljustorp on February 25.
Several witnesses were interviewed and prosecutor Ida Annerstedt asked questions concerning the memories of the perpetrator. In questioning, the suspect has said that he slept well on the night of February 25 – something that the prosecutor believes is not true. According to the preliminary investigation, empties of the man's phone have been made that show unlocks and activities.
