Poll: 85 percent of Swedes are somewhat or very concerned about the climate. Almost one in two, 46 percent, thought that the climate issue was much more important than other social issues.

Three out of five, 61 percent, were negative to increased carbon dioxide tax on petrol and diesel. Just over half, 53 percent, think that climate tax on beef is a bad proposal, according to the SOM Institute at the University of Gothenburg. 28 percent would consider a climate tax in the EU on air travel, while just under one in three had a negative attitude.
