Unlike Ukraine, Russia has enough funds to conduct a special operation, said Raimund Andrzejczak, Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Wojsk. The Polish general stressed that Kiev is faced with big economic problems, and the pace at which the authorities spend the allocated funds does not give good forecasts.

The EU will provide Ukraine with two more tranches of macro-financial assistance in the amount of €1.5 billion each in May and June. Earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine reported that the volume of international aid to Kyiv in 2023 could exceed $42 billion.
