[HIGHLIGHTS] Police chief on criticism: "There is no general culture of silence"

Confidence in the police leadership is severely damaged, according to police officers. A third of all employees in the agency think that there is a culture of silence.

"We need an open police authority and that's why we're working on the issue," says Mikael Säll Lindahl, regional police chief in Region North. The police's own employee surveys show that 30 percent of staff think there are problems at the authority level, says Säill Lindahl in an interview with SVT Agenda.
