Shayda Hessami is the founder of the NGO Humanitarian Aid and Journalism.AHJ helps women in the Middle East to train them in media professions. Sahar Moukaddem benefited from the programme and now works for the Voices of Women Without Borders project.
She testifies to her experience as a Lebanese-Syrian journalist in Iraqi Kurdistan, the conditions in which she carried out her profession and the hope she has for the younger generations. In China, Nüshu literally means "women's writing". This system was developed by and for women, when they did not have the right to education.
