The demonstration that is arranged outside a social welfare office in June 2021 is described in the report as the start of what then developed into a national protest movement. The manifestations affected social services staff, who at times were unable to go home from their jobs. "What's uncomfortable is when you work in an office, you can't go home that day if there are a lot of people chanting loud and bustle," says Ing-Marie Larsson.
