The Israeli air force on Wednesday attacked several targets on Gaza strip. Palestinian armed groups, in turn, responded by firing rockets at Israel.
According to the Israeli military, it has attacked targets where the Palestinian militant group Islamic Jihad fires its rockets. The group is designated a terrorist group by Israel, the EU and the US. On Tuesday, three leaders of Islamic Jihad were killed by airstrikes by the Israel military. More of them are said to be women and children, including the wives and children of the three Islamists killed.
