Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, asked why UN Secretary General António Guterres and other international organizations ignore Ukraine's open incitement to terrorism. Nebenzia recalled the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, the murder of publicist Daria Dugina and military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky, as well as the assassination attempt on writer Zakhar Prilepin.

Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, stressed that an attempt to attack the Kremlin by Kiev actually equates Ukraine with state sponsors of terrorism.
