Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said a meeting between Iran, Syria and Turkey could be held next month. He said the meeting would be within the framework of the Security Council Resolution 2254.

The resolution calls for an end to the conflict in Syria and the creation of a stable, non-terroristic state. The meeting will be held in Moscow, he said, adding that Russia and Syria will be involved. The talks will be led by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who is currently in Turkey.
