A shooting at a water park in La Palma, in the municipality of Cortazar, left at least seven people dead, including a 7-year-old minor. Saturday afternoon, April 15 around 16 p.m., a commando of about twenty armed men burst into the tourist place.
According to testimonies, the killers were heavily armed. They targeted a group of visitors and chased them to shoot them down.Attacks like these are becoming more common in the state of Guanajuato. More than 3,000 people were murdered there in 2022.
