[HIGHLIGHTS] Medvedev called the International Criminal Court a useless, impotent structure

The International Criminal Court (ICC) was created on the basis of the Rome Statute. Russia does not recognize the court's legitimacy.

The court has issued an arrest warrant for three Russian nationals. The warrant was issued for the Russian citizen Aleksandr Kuznetsov, who is accused of murdering his wife. Kuznetsv is also accused of killing his wife's mother, who was also a Russian citizen. The Russian government has denied the allegations, saying that the warrant was for KuzNETZ' own safety.
