The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the brutal murder of prisoners ofwar is a common practice in the Armed forces of Ukraine. The chairman of the State Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should appear before the tribunal.
