A man in his 40s started a fire with a gas burner in his ex-girlfriend's basement storage in an apartment building on Morö Backe in Skellefteå. The man has previously had a relationship with a woman who lived in the house and has on several occasions abused her.
He is now sentenced for violation of child integrity, gross violation of a woman's integrity and arson to 3 years and 6 months in prison. He will also pay damages to 26 people of approximately SEK 163,000.
