French President Emmanuel Macron's state visit to the Netherlands was again disrupted by protesters. Two protesters, a man and a woman, were arrested for "disturbing public order and threatening" as they "ran" towards him.

The incident occurred just after the French president got out of a limousine with Dutch King Willem-Alexander and was greeted by Amsterdam Mayor Femke Halsema. Macron visited with the king the laboratory of quantum physics of the university, a promising technology intended to multiply the computing power of computers.
