A large apartment building burned to the ground on Herstön in Luleå. The municipal real estate company Lulebo is now hoping for a quick process to find replacement housing for those affected.

The remains of the property will need to be demolished but the property manager believes that there may be new homes on the same surface. What caused the fire in the property, which was built in the 1970s, has not been determined and police and emergency services are still investigating. The property manager Rickard Lindbäck is optimistic that the work will go away.
