Juan Lobato proposes a maximum rate of 22.5% in the autonomous section of the IRPF for a taxable base from 150,000 euros. If the secretary general of the PSOE-M managed to form a government and execute his measure, Madrid would be the socialist autonomy with the lowest taxable rate.

Lobato's proposal is to restore the Wealth Tax, above 1.2 million euros, in this case yes in the line set by the central government to tax large fortunes. The PSOE has been accused of promoting "fiscal dumping" with its tax cuts.
