Turkish opposition leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said he would leave his country's "Syrian brothers" within two years. This came in a speech during a public meeting in Antalya on Monday, days before the presidential elections scheduled for May 14.

Most Turkish opposition parties have focused their election platforms on the issue of repatriating Syrian refugees, while the Turkish government has announced that it supports the "voluntary" return of these refugees. The number of Turkish voters who are entitled to participate in the elections is 64 million and 113 thousand and 941 voters.
