The Implementation Opinions on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions will be officially implemented on May 24. The one-time training fee of off-campus training institutions shall not exceed 26 months or 24 class hours.
Fees must be charged in advance no earlier than 1 month before the start of the training. No institution or individual may carry out subject-based training for primary and secondary school students in the name of tutoring, home economics, trusteeship, consulting, etc.
