Ukraine withdrew from the agreement with Russia on the protection of investments and the agreement on social assistance to the families of servicemen who died in Afghanistan. This was stated by the representative of the government in parliament Taras Melnychuk.
On April 10, Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko said that Ukraine had withdrawn from an agreement on the procedure for crossing the border by residents of border regions. According to him, 283 deputies of the Verkhova Rada voted unilaterally for the termination of this agreement.
