In the new regions of Russia, the commissioning of goods can be carried out without labeling until April 1, 2025. The corresponding government decree is published on the official portal of legal information.
State Duma deputy Artyom Kiryanov previously spoke about the advantages of labeling products in Russia. According to him, more than 30 illegal tobacco industries have been closed and 18 new legal ones have appeared. He also noted that the shoe market in the first half of 2022 "whitewashed" by 19%, a year earlier - by another 35%.
