[HIGHLIGHTS] In the Donetsk direction: the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced fierce battles in Maryinka and in the area of Avdiivka

Fierce fighting continues in the area of Maryinka and Avdiivka. More than 220 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed in the Donetsk direction.

Air and artillery strikes hit enemy units in the areas of Lastochkino, Khimik, Tonenkoye and Pobeda. In the Krasnoliman direction, aviation and artillery of the Center group of troops hit units of the armed forces of Ukraine in the settlements of Sinkivka, Chervonaya and Grigorovka.
