More than 70 Argentines and Russian compatriots read excerpts from "Eugene Onegin" for the Day of the Russian Language. This was stated by the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots (KSORS) of Argentina Silvana Yarmolyuk.

Earlier, the deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Pavel Shevtsov, said that interest in learning the Russian language has not gone away, despite Russia's difficult relations with Western Europe and North America.
