Prince Harry is the first senior member of the British royal family to testify in court in more than 130 years. The case is part of a larger case brought by celebrities against the British tabloid who alleged the newspaper had illegally obtained information about them.

The Mirror reiterated its apology for one case related to the collection of information in 2004 about Prince Harry, who is the Duke of Sussex. The prince is accused of obtaining information about his injury by hacking his phone and hacking the phone's voicemail, while the British newspaper says it got the news from sources inside the royal palace.
