Huang Da, president of the National People's Congress, was one of the earliest scholars in China to raise the issue of inflation head-on. In his later years, Huang Da increasingly shifted his focus from financial reform and policy advice to the construction of financial disciplines.

Huang Da once said that his life was like being a tour guide, leading many people through the unique journey of China Money and Bank to learn a jiazi. He earned the nickname "Slowly Rising", which attracted attention and entered the circle of political economy.
