The suspicion of massive fraud in postal voting in Melilla has led the Electoral Board of the autonomous city to add a security requirement to the procedure. The new obligation to identify oneself affects only Melilla, so the Police has launched a device to prevent you from taking out with purchased votes to leave the city and present themselves at other post offices.

The Police has also put escort to those who distribute the ballots for the postal vote. Manuel Marraco says the law does not establish that the citizen identifies himself for this shipment.
