Ceasefire between Sudan's army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) expires on Monday. More than a million people have been forced to flee the country.

The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees says the situation in Sudan is deteriorating. He warns that the collapse of law and order in the country could lead to an increase in human trafficking and weapons smuggling. The UN is calling on the two sides to extend the ceasefire to allow humanitarian aid to reach the people of Sudan.
